Im using an AGX with jetpack 6.1 and kernel 36.4.4 and connected a zedx and installed zed sdk and the capturecard duo driver for 36.4 but the diagnostic says camera not detected ..

Can you send a picture of the capture card installed on the AGX?
The capture card is clearly not well-connected to the carrier board.
As explained in the documentation, to guarantee a reliable connection and to avoid damage to both the capture card and the carrier board, it’s mandatory to use the spacers and the screws to firmly fix the capture card.
