I have two ZED 2i cameras that i want to connect. They work perfectly with ZED Diagnostics and ZED Explorer.
In ZED 360, they show up in the “SETUP YOUR ROOM” but when calibrating, they show the message “ZED360 could not open any camera. Please check whether they can be opened by another application like ZEDExplorer.” Sometimes, I get “Not Responding”.
Since this post mentioned that bandwidth could be an issue, I also tried using thunderbolt ports and cables, but the issue persists.
Is there a way that I can identify what the problem is here?
Thanks.
Hi,
Could you run our diagnostic tool and share the result with us?
You can send it privately at support@stereolabs.com if you prefer.

Hello,
Calibration in ZED 360 seems to be working for me now. The problem was that my GPU wasn’t set up properly for some reason.
Changes I made were:
- Unplugged External GPU
- Went to Device Manager and uninstalled the internal GPU that was not showing up in task manager (or ZED Diagnostic)
- Restarted the computer.
I will be working with internal GPU for now.
Thank you for the help.
Thanks for the update! The ZED SDK requires a Nvidia GPU to run and is picking the “first” GPU (with ID 0), It might be why.
