I have some zed x one cameras with a the 2.2mm lens option installed.
I’d like to know if it’s possible to swap out that lens for another M12 s-mount lens?

No, it’s not possible.
When you buy a ZED X One camera with included optics, the camera is factory calibrated, and the optics are glued to ensure the calibration during transportation or while using the camera.
If you try to unscrew the lenses, you can damage the optics or the camera housing.
If you want to test custom optics solutions, we recommend ordering the camera with no lenses.
