ZED X One Buffer Glitch

Using Zed X One, on jetson Orin AGX 64G, JetPack 6.2.2, ZED SDK 5.2.3, ZedLink Quad. Fresh Jetpack reflash with only ZED SDK on it.

Occasionally and undeterministically the attached video can be seen, the SDK seems to be fetching a 20 minutes old buffer from somewhere. Restarting jetson and capture card temporarily makes it go away, but it will come back. Already replaced GMSL cable, did not help.

Hi it’s really been hard to get this to work reliably. You guys are not addressing my requests for help after having spent over $4000 on your cameras. Any response would be appreciated we have no clue where we are going wrong.
