ZED One X question

Hi,

My name is Ryan. I have some question about ZED X ONE. hope to hear about it.

  1. In the ROS2 wrapper, zedxonegs appears to be a supported model; is zedxones also supported?

  2. If not, there is also zedxone-ros2 available for the ROS2 wrapper; is it supported in ROS 2 Jazzy?
GitHub - stereolabs/zedxone-ros2: ROS 2 Node for the ZED X One monocular camera · GitHub

  3. Regarding the ZED X One S—does it still deliver good performance even when using the pinhole model for fisheye calibration? I haven’t been able to find examples of rectified images online, so I am wondering if using this calibration method causes any issues with AI inference performance.

Best regards,

Ryan.

The ZED X One GS and the ZED X One S models share the same hardware. You can safely use the “zedxonegs” model with your ZED X One S camera.

You must not use the pinhole mode for a fisheye camera.
