We are using ZED BOX but it seems we can not detect its capture card(Duo). So i attached the logo for your review. Please help us.

Hi @RyanLee
please reboot the device, then run

  • ZED_Diagnostic -c
  • sudo ZED_Diagnostic --dmesg
  • share here the content of the two report files generated
