ZED BOX Capture card duo error

We are using ZED BOX but it seems we can not detect its capture card(Duo). So i attached the logo for your review. Please help us.

please reboot the device, then run

  • ZED_Diagnostic -c
  • sudo ZED_Diagnostic --dmesg
  • share here the content of the two report files generated

My apologies for the delayed reply.
The system did not report your previous replies for unknown reasons.

The ZED X Driver seems to not be able to detect the capture card.
Can you please send a picture of the frontal panel of the ZED Box to confirm the version?
