Please install the latest ZED SDK v5.2.
Please also test your USB connection; it looks like it’s broken.
The device is remote, so I couldn’t do much hardware-wise, but after a power cycle, it seems like it is working. what part of logs made you suspect it is broken? I can go check on the device or replace it if it’s something bad
