VSlam options in ROS2 and the general state of vslam

Curious what options for vslam are out there that people have been playing with? I’ve got a jetson Orin nano and a zedx camera.

So far I’ve been playing around with the Isaac ROS vslam implementation. I’ve heard for orbvslam3 but not tried it. Curious what those of you who have been using this stuff for a while think about the state of vslam out there today.

It seems like stereolabs knows this space better than anyone. Perhaps there is something in the works internally to close the vslam gap?
