Jetson Orin ZED X One gmsl2 cannot detect

Our environments are like below.

  • Jetson Orin developer kit
  • Ubuntu 22.04 + Cuda 12.6
  • Link duo capture card
  • Jetpack 36.4.0

We flashed 36.4.0 version on Jetson orin devkit, and we intsalled zed x drivers 1.3.2 versio (https://www.stereolabs.com/en-kr/developers/drivers)

And then, we rebooted and type “dmesg | grep zedx”.

After, we suffered below error.

ZED-X detect error

zedx 9-0011: zedx_probe: ar0234 initialization failed

How can we solve this problem?

Even after rebooting jetson, the green LED on the capture board does not turn on.

What developer kit? Please add more information concerning the Jetson model and the carrier board. A picture could help us understand more.
