Crash with a ZED-X-One stereo rig

Hi,
We are having an issue with the Zed X one.

While streaming 2 Zed X One cameras by the Media server and opening the virtual camera by the Zed Depth Viewer, any depth mode different than Performance mode makes the entire setup crash and shutdown.

We are using Hardware which is somewhat similar to the ZED BOX:
Jetson Orin NX 16gb
Jetson Orin Dev kit carrier board
Capture Card Duo
We use two 8cm MIPI cables (the crashes occur also with 4cm cables).

Regarding the SW, we use:
L4t 35.3.1
SDK 4.2.5
Driver 1.2.2 for Duo
SN100655726.conf (1.3 KB)
virtual_xone_config.json (119 Bytes)

Attached also the virtual camera json file and generated calibration file.

Can you please help with any insights that may resolve the problem?

Please run ZED_Diagnostic and send the report file that it generates.

Did you upgrade the ZED SDK to v4.2.5?

The SDK version is 4.2.5.

Everything seems OK.
Are you using the Jetson in MAX N power mode with the jetson_clocks script running?

We use the MAX N mode but do not run the jetson_clocks script… Should we run it?
