I’ve changed several usb 3.0 port ,and it didn’t work.
but I can open ZED_Depth_Viewer

To better understand what is causing your problem, we need more information on your device’s status and your system’s configuration.
Please connect the camera to the USB3 port, run the ZED Diagnostic tool, and send me the report file it generates.

I’m sure that the camera is connected to the USB3 port
It seems that the resolution HD720@60FPS is not correctly working.
Can you confirm that the cable screws are strongly strengthened?
