I recently purchased a ZED X Series GMSL2 Stereo Camera and have been trying to get it up and running on my Jetson Orin Nano using the mono capture card. I’ve followed all the official setup instructions, but I’m currently stuck and could use some help.
System Setup:
Jetson Orin Nano
Jetpack 6.2 (L4T 36.4.0) with Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Installed via SDK Manager on Ubuntu 22.04 host PC: CUDA, Jetpack components, etc.
Followed the official Stereolabs documentation to install the ZED SDK and drivers.
For some reason it says new users can only put 2 links in a post. Hence just sharing the link to my drive which has the JSON logs.
I also noticed that the when I measure voltage across the supply pins under the capture card, it shows 0 volts although the actual power supply shows 15v
Hi @Krishna57
camera and capture card are not detected. Have you followed the guide to install it?
Please send pictures to show how you connected the capture card to the carrier board
We have followed the guide multiple times and have tried all the installation steps on sd card and ssd using package manager. The issue seems to be on the capture card. When we measure the voltage across the supply pins from the top of the connector, it shows 15v, but when we measure the voltage across the same pins from underneath the board it shows 0v. It is surprising because it should show us the same voltage?
We made all the connections first and then powered the modules. I have tried restarting the nvargus daemon and ZEDx daemon multiple times but the same issue.
Also, we have given all the info on what we have done in the first post.
