I have been using a ZED 2i camera with a Jetson AGX Orin for a few months without any major issues. However, one day the ZED 2i was suddenly no longer detected by the system, and the blue LED on the camera did not light up as usual.
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:
Tightening and reconnecting the USB cable
Changing to another USB cable
Connecting the camera to a USB 3.0 port on another computer
Unfortunately, the camera is still not working, and the blue LED still does not turn on.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue before? I would really appreciate any suggestions or guidance on what I should check next.

Could you connect the camera to the USB3 port, launch the ZED Diagnostic tool, and send the contents of the report file it produces?

Thank you for your response. I connected the ZED 2i camera to a USB 3.0 port and ran the ZED Diagnostic tool as requested. I tried to attach the ZED Diagnostic report file, but I am currently unable to attach files because my account is still a new member on the forum.
I have also tried opening the camera with a webcam application to check whether the video stream is available. However, the ZED camera was not detected in the webcam application either.
