ZEDX Mini Camera Not Detected after working previously

Hello,

I got my Zed Box Mini with the ZedX Mini very recently. I set it up a few days ago, and it was working fine. However, today, I tried to turn it on and the camera no longer connects no matter what I try. I tried all the instructions publicly available but nothing is working. Any idea what I can do to fix this?

To assist you better, we need additional information regarding your device’s condition and system setup.

Please open a terminal console (Ctrl+Alt+t) and run these commands:

  • sudo ZED_Diagnostic --dmesg
  • sudo ZED_Diagnostic -c

After executing the commands, kindly share here the content of the files dmesg.log and ZED_Diagnostic_Results.json located in the folder where the commands were run.
