I’m using a ZED X Mini Stereo Camera with a ZED Box Orin NX (16GB) for mapping environments to export into Isaac Sim/Unity. Here’s a snapshot of my current ZEDfu (Neutral Plus Depth) settings:
Issues:
- Loop closure fails after large sessions, even with area memory on.
- Localization drifts when memory usage gets high.
- Mesh quality drops when cleaning up/stitching in Blender, not ideal for simulation import.
Questions:
- Best way to improve loop closure and tracking stability?
- Optimal memory allocation for the ZED Box Orin NX?
- Better workflow than Blender for stitching/cleaning without losing mesh quality?
Appreciate any advice from others with a similar setup.
