Zedfu 5.0.0 crashes on Windows 11

Hello, I’m new to the software package. Had previous success building SVO2 files, and loading SVO2 files into the most recently deprecated version of Zedfu.

Installed the 5.0.0 package CUDA 12 Tensor 10. Zed_explorer successfully ran, allowing me to collect SVO2 files, though later when attempting to run Zedfu it shows as “not responding” then crashes moments after it starts. The camera was not connected when attempting to run Zedfu as I had already collected imagery with Zed_explorer.

I uninstalled the old Zed software package (and removed all of the directories) and re-installed 5.0.0 Cuda 12 Tensor 10. Zedfu still crashes as previously described.

Hi George,

I suspect the issue is coming from our Neural depth model that is optimising on the background at the start of zedFu, freezing the window.

This is clearly a bug, and it should be handled properly, but in the meantime, you can download and optimise all the depth AI models using ZED Diagnostic tool by following these steps: https://support.stereolabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/9747407795223-How-can-I-optimize-the-ZED-SDK-AI-models-manually
