Will the Zed2i be able to use the Neural Depth Engine 2 that’s advertised on the ZED X - AI Stereo Camera for Robotics | Stereolabs page. We use lots of Zed2i cameras on un-textured surfaces and would really benefit from improved depth perception. We plan to upgrade to ZedX long term, but would love to get improved depth on current systems ahead of the eventual switch.

Currently lots of cuboid shaped objects appear heavily curved without clearly defined faces.

@robots the new Neural Depth Engine will be deployed for all the camera models currently available.

Fantastic! Do you have an estimate of when it will be available? Will it be at the same time as the Zed X release?
