Hi,
I have a ZED2i camera, and i bought 10m extend calbe (CBLZED2i1000). I use Jetson Nano platform for it. I use it outdoor, and jetson nano is in IP66 box. ZED2i powered from Jetson directly.
My problems is:
- ZED2i sometimes disconnects and reconnects to usb port
- ZED2i sometimes disconnects and never reconects until full power off and power on.

In ZED2i datasheet i read “This USB
3.0 cable allows you to extend the ZED camera range by up
to 10m (32.8ft) without any external power supply.”
For test, we did another setup in office with 20-24C degree
- CBLZED2i1000 10m cable (new device, not the one described above)
- Jetson Nano (new device, not the one described above)
- ZED2i (new device, not the one described above)

What could be the problem?
