Are the ZED X One (4K) with the default lens calibrated from the factory? If so can we get those parameters.

No, they aren’t.
The ZED Calibration tool only works with our stereo cameras.
If you are using 2x ZED X One 4K in a stereo system with a custom baseline you should follow this guide to calibrate it.
