Zed X mini not detected on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Development Kit

Hi all,

I bought a Zed x mini camera recently and I want to use it with the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Development Kit. I installed all the drivers and needed software. But, whenever I want to start working with the Zed X mini, I receive “Camera not detected” error.
Please help me through this issue.

Welcome to the Stereolabs community.

Please check that the type C USB cable is connected to the correct side.
It’s Type C, but it’s not flippable and it only works on one side.

You can run the ZED Diagnostic tool for both the configurations and share the report files that it generates for double check.
