ZED SDK not support ZED2i?

Zed2i cannot use depth viewer on jetson?

I have a Jetson nano installed with sdk3.5.6 and a Jetson NX installed with 3.7.2. Both nano and NX are ubuntu18.04,cuda10.2
And Zed2 works well on jetson Nano and NX.

However, zed2i encountered the following error on the Jetson nano.

And as long as the depth viewer is opened on the Jetson NX, it will flash back.

Hi @zsw360720347
is your Jetson connected to the internet in order to automatically download the missing calibration file from the Stereolabs servers?

Yes, jetson Nano have connected to the network. But it didn’t automatically download the missing calibration file.

You can try by getting it from the folder /usr/local/zed/settings of the working board and copying it in the same folder of the Nano.
I guess the Nano has connection issues.

I copied the settings file of jetsonnx to the nano, and now both boards flash back as soon as the depth viewer is opened

What do you mean? Can you add details?

It means that after opening the depth viewer for one seconds, depth viewer will automatically close.

Does ZED Explorer work?
Can you run the ZED Diagnostic tool and let me know if it reports any problems?

Yes, ZED Explorer works.

Heres the ZED Diagnostic result

You said that you are on a Jetson Nano, I can’t explain the processor warning.
Can you please send the report file generated by the Diagnostic tool to support@stereolabs.com? (Do not share it here publicly)

Sorry, I got two jetson. One is jetson Nano, the other is jetson NX,
ZED2 works well on Both Nano and NX .
But when I change to ZED2i, nano got the problems " Calibration file not found…".
And jetsonNx got the problem that after opening the depth viewer for one seconds, depth viewer will automatically close.
I copied the setting files on NX to Nano ,then they all become “flash back”.
And the Diagnostic result is from NX.

OK, the first thing that you must verify is that the screws of the connector of the ZED2i are strongly tightened.
Then please run the ZED_Diagnostic tool for both the cameras and both the Jetson boards and send them all to support@stereolabs.com.
Please rename the filename of the report in order to correctly identify them.

I have sent the result. Please check the mail from 360720347@qq.com

I received and analyzed the diagnostic files.
The reports reflect what you are experiencing.
The ZED2i on the Jetson Nano board is not working correctly, maybe because of a connection issue.

Is the camera connected to the USB3 post directly without any USB3 hub?
Have you strengthened the screws of the connector?

Yes, Zed2i does not work on the nano. and On NX, the depth viewer is automatically closed after being opened for one second.

Zed2i is directly connected to usb3

I’ve tightened the screws

I suspect it’s a power issue how are you powering both the boards?

I also noticed that you are using the ZED SDK v3.7.2, please update to v3.7.4 to get all the latest improvements.

The situation of Zed2i on jetsonnx is like this

Please start ZED Depth viewer by command line in order to get console errors and understand what’s happening

PS I could see the attached video only by email, it’s not visible here on the forum if you do not add it to the post

OK, I will try SDK3.7.4. And I use the standard power line.
Here’s nx

Here’s nano

The same, I can see the pictures by email, but not here in the forum.
However, the power cord of the Nano may be not powerful enough because it can source only 2.37A

I suggest using a power adapter with at least 4A of maximum current.
