Zed SDK diagnostic crashing

Hi,
I Installed SDK Windows. I’m downloaded the CUDA separately. When i try to use Zed SDK diagnostic it crashed during camera detection step. Couldn’t even create the diagnostic report. Any idea why?

The problem has already been noted and fixed.
The fix will be available with the ZED SDK v5.2.1 which will be released in a few days.

Hi, Is there any previous version working? If we wait for a few days it might impact our development timeline.

You can get the previous v5.1.x.

Hi, I saw there’s March 2th new release for the SDK. 5.2 version. Just to let you know it crashed again on that version. the 5.1 legacy version is working fine.

Windows 11 Version 25H2 (OS build 26200.7840)
GPU Nvidia RTX Ada1000
CUDA 13
CPU is Intel Ultra 7

I think this is the problem. It’s not the first time that I’ve received similar reports with this GPU.
What’s the version of the GPU driver?

hi. i just checked the Task manager. the Driver version: 32.0.15.8160

Do the other tools work?
What about ZED Explorer and ZED Studio?

I didn’t test other tool. when I saw It even crashed for diagnostic I just deleted that version and revert back to the legacy version (legacy one working fine.). I can install the latest version again and try it out on other tools

Normally, the best way to verify that a ZED camera works is by using ZED Explorer, ZED Depth Viewer, and ZED Studio.

If they do not work as expected, then you can use ZED Diagnostic to understand why.

Is ZED Diagnostic crashing even if you try to run it in text mode with the -c option?

I have the similar issue using SDK:
ZED_SDK_Windows_cuda13.0_tensorrt10.13_v5.2.1.

Here is my setup:
OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Home
Version: 10.0.26200 Build 26200
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU
GPU driver version: 581.57
CUDA Version: 13.0
CPU: 11th Gen Intel Core™ i7-11800H

ZED Explorer, ZED Depth Viewer, and ZED Studio work well but ZED Diagnostic crash without any output as shown in attachment.

The ZED SDK Team noted the problem.
We are trying to understand why this happens on Windows and eventually fix it.

Same problem with Windows 10 + ZED mini .
Nothing is working (was working well with old SDK version), and Diagnostic tool crash at 10% of “Camera Test”.
There is no dialog box info, crash is silent.
