ZED sdk cannot find the camera

Hi,

I have a ZED2i camera connected to a Jetson AGX Orin and have installed the ZED SDK for JetPack 6.1. However, when I launch the ZED Viewer, it shows “Searching for camera” even though the camera is connected and appears under lsusb (as shown in the picture). How can I resolve this issue?

Hi @charan

Welcome to the Stereolabs community.

Please run the ZED_Diagnostic command and share the content of the report file that it generates.

Hi,

Please save the report and send it. If you are not allowed to send it, please copy and paste the content here.

I am unable to do either, I get this message when I try to paste the contents.

The camera is detected, but the video stream is not available to the ZED SDK.

Have you modified the file system of the AGX Orin in some way?

Can you see the camera stream if you use cheese or guvcviewer?

Hi,

The problem has been fixed, the problem was with the USB cable, Once I tried the camera with stereo labs USB cable everything worked fine. Thank you all for your help.
