Zed Orin 'Test key detected' on start-up with 0mb RAM

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I’ve been working on a Zed Orin box which unfortunately crashed when i was running a script. The Orin box would power on but it doesn’t start ubunu. The Nvidia screen shows, but beyond that, it would never get to the log in window or boot up Ubuntu.

I intercepted the boot using escape when the Nvidia screen pops up and its provided the images attached.

It states ‘Test key is detected’ and that there is 0mb RAM. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to solve it?

I’ve had to post the Orin box back for replacement so I’m sure someone from Stereolabs will be in touch. I would be interested to understand why this might have happened. If anyone can advise why then it would be appreciated!
