Hi,

With regards to understanding ZED online self calibration impact, I would like to know:

  • Which calibration values can get updated by the self calibration routines?
  • What exactly impacts the self calibration routine? Is it only the temperature and possible damage to the cameras? Could it also be impacted by change in the scene?

Hi,
The self calibration take care of possible damage of the camera, in case of a shock to be sure the optical axis are still well aligned.
Intrinsic changes:
Focals and opticals centers are corrected.
Extrinsic changes:
rotations are updated.
