you can open the camera as a standard webcam providing side-by-side unrectified RGB color images.
You will not be able to access the depth information and the features of the ZED SDK.

If you are under Ubuntu you can consider this open-source driver: GitHub - stereolabs/zed-open-capture: Low level camera driver for the ZED stereo camera family. API docs available here:

Thanks. Are you aware of anyone developing software (ie. non-CUDA) solutions for 6-DoF tracking using visual odometry techniques using the ZED Mini camera only?
