Have you tried flipping the USB cable on the ZED Mini, or changing the USB 3 port on your PC and has this made a difference? This allows us to tell if there is a USB issue.
Can you try resetting the IMU configuration of the camera?
To do this, you can open a Windows shell and go to the ZED installation folder.
At this point, you can call the “ZED Diagnostic --calib_imu” command to reset your camera’s IMU calibration.
Is it possible for you to download a tool called “Usb Device Tree viewer” (USB Device Tree Viewer) and send us the report ?
You can share the report privately at support@stereolabs.com
Any news about this problem ? Got the same after trying to run with 2 cameras simultaneously (zed-mini) on one PC with C# library : the first displayed well, but the second one crashed on open and doesn’t work anymore with the same symptoms as yours (and same consequences).
I tried again the experience with another computer and two others zed-mini… the first one displayed correctly (and still works), the second one raised NOT_DETECTED error and now doesn’t work anymore neither…
So I have two cameras that can no longer work and it is impossible to restore them to the factory configuration (the IMU firmware is at -1). Why did it went wrong just opening two cameras ? Is there a way to flash them to recover ?
