The problem is that I need the pure debug console,which is not available in this Micro-USB 2.0 - OTG.
If I am using Micro-USB 2.0 - OTG , this port will shut down during reboot and will recover and be available only after the reboot is complete.Actually,this is written in documentation:

If the cable is connected when the boot procedure is completed, the terminal will not display any boot messages; you may need to press Enter a couple of times to see the login prompt.

So what are my options?Is the debug port available if you open the box?Or is it entirely missing on the carrier board?
