Zed Live Link Reboot?

So I am using 3.7 of SDK and it seems I have to reboot the machine on a regular basis as the Zed Live Link App will launch, but fail to detect the user. When I run the diagnostics, it gets stuck on camera. After a reboot, it can work but if I kill the app, try again it doesnt work, causing me to reboot again.

Any insight why this is happening?

Hi,

I suspect that the process is not correctly closed, preventing you to reopen the camera (because it is already opened).

Can you give me more information on how can I reproduce this behavior? You can also verify in the task manager if the process is still running.
