ZED Link Duo Driver v1.3.2 Issue

I upgraded my ZED Link Duo Driver to v1.3.2, and it seems the driver isn’t loading—the hardware doesn’t even light up.

When I tested ZED Link Quad with my another card, it works fine after testing it on the same Jetson AGX Orin 64GB (running JETPACK 6.2), so I don’t think my Jetson is the problem.

Could you possibly share the previous version of driver files for ZED Link Duo, such as v1.3.1 or v1.3.0?

To assist you better, we need additional information regarding your device’s condition and system setup.

Please open a terminal console (Ctrl+Alt+t) and run these commands:

  • sudo ZED_Diagnostic --dmesg
  • sudo ZED_Diagnostic -c

After executing the commands, kindly send me the files dmesg.log and ZED_Diagnostic_Results.json located in the folder where the commands were run.
