zed link duo driver problem

I installed latest 1.3.2 zed link duo driver for using zed x one cameras

jetpack version was 6.1 (l4t 36.4.0) but after checking newest zed x driver supporting 36.4.7, installed like sudo apt upgraded → l4t 36.4.7

but ar0234 initialization failed error checked and capture card led is not lighting after booting.

How can I fix this problem??

and also on l4t 36.4.0 and 1.3.2 link duo driver, same error was happend.

And how can I download lower version like 1.3.1 duo link driver for jetpack?
