What are the power requirements for the ZED Link Duo Capture Card and ZED X camera?

Welcome to the Stereolabs community.

This depends on the configuration that you are going to use.
If you plug the ZED Link Duo into an AGX Orin devkit carrier board, then there is no need of external power.
If you plug it into an NX carrier board then you need a 12V-19V 2W external power supplier.
