Hello, I recently purchased a ZED Link Capture Card Duo and 4x ZED X One GS cameras, which I’m attempting to run on a Jetson Orin NX box. I followed the documentation from the following pages:
Hardware connections
-
Capture card connected to the Jetson CSI ports via 2x 22-15 pin CSI cables
-
External 12V 2A power supply connected to the capture card
-
4 cameras connected via the 4-to-1 GMSL2 cable included with the card
-
Based on the documentation, CAM01 port is connected to the center port of the capture card
Problem
Only 2 out of 4 cameras are streaming, and both belong to the same GMSL2 group. The second GMSL2 group appears to be completely inactive. According to the documentation and previous emails exchanged with support before purchasing, the capture card duo should be able to accommodate 4 ZED X One GS cameras (“up to 2 per group → https://www.stereolabs.com/docs/embedded/zed-link/dual-jetson-orin-nano-devkit-setup).
I have attached a wiring image and a diagnostics log for reference.
Note
I’m aware the documentation states the ZED Link Capture Card is not officially supported on Orin NX due to the passive cooler and warranty concerns. We have already voided the warranty and decided to make light modifications to the casing to accommodate the two CSI cables because purchasing a new ZED Box was not a viable option for us.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
