ZED Link Capture Card Duo not powering on with Jetson AGX Orin Dev Kit (no LED)

Hi,

We’re having trouble bringing up a ZED Link Capture Card Duo on a Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit. The Jetson boots and runs normally, but the capture card shows no sign of life. The status LED never turns on, and connecting an external power supply to the card doesn’t change anything.

What we’ve tried

  • Reseated the card on the camera connector and checked orientation and standoffs
  • Powered the Jetson on with the card already connected (not hot-plugged)
  • Connected external power to the card, with no LED either way

Since the LED doesn’t come on even with external power, we suspect a hardware or software issue on the card, but we’d like to rule out anything on our side first. Could y’all suggest any debugging steps? Thanks!

Welcome to the StereoLabs community.

First of all, I noticed an important issue here: the capture card is not fixed to the carrier board using spacers and screws.
The documentation is clear concerning this:

I cannot exclude that card and/or carrier board are damaged.

Please run the commands sudo ZED_Diagnostic --dmesg and sudo ZED_Diagnostic and send me the content of the two files that they generate..
