ZED_Explorer works, but LOW USB BANDWIDTH Error in python

I have a ZED Mini Stereo Camera, and I am having trouble getting it up and running. I have up to date SDK and firmware, and CUDA 12.8. ZED_Diagnostics shows no issues, and I can even run ZED_Explorer and see the camera stream. However, none of the example codes work, such as the one here: zed-sdk/tutorials/tutorial 2 - image capture/python/image_capture.py at master · stereolabs/zed-sdk · GitHub . I always get the following error:

I don’t even care about depth - I just want to save stereo rgb images. Since ZED_Explorer works, it doesn’t seem like the USB should be the problem.

Hi @adamhung
Welcome to the Stereolabs community.

Please try the ZED Depth Viewer tool. Change resolution and grab rate to verify that the camera is always correctly detected.
