Dear All,
I have Zed and I installed SDK 4.2.5 under windows 10 Pro 22H2 64bit with cuda 12.1 (I have NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 on my laptop). Everything works fine but Zed Explorer crashes when I record SVO file.
Have you any idea how to solve the issue?

We require additional details regarding your device’s status and the configuration of your system to gain a clearer insight into the cause of your issue.
Could you connect the camera to the USB3 port, launch the ZED Diagnostic tool, and send the report file it produces?

Hi @stroccel
the diagnostic report shows that your old out-of-production ZED is correctly detected and initialized by the OS.
I suspect that the newer ZED Explorer cannot handle SVO recording for cameras without an internal IMU.
This is possible because we are not testing the new versions of the SDK against old out-of-production camera models.
