Zed camera cannot be started.
If opened with ordinary camera software, two screens can be seen normally.
It cannot be started normally when using Zed explorer.
When using reboot api in python to restart the device, it probably prompts mcu module not respond.
When using Zed diagnostic tool for detection, camera test is stuck at 60% progress.

To better understand what is causing your problem, we need more information on your device’s status and your system’s configuration.
Please connect the camera to the USB3 port, run the ZED Diagnostic tool, and send me the report file it generates.
Thanks, I connected the camera to different computers and changed cables and it was the same (and the ZED Diagnostic tool would get stuck at 60%).
However, using another zed camera it behaved normally (including the ZED Diagnostic tool).
So I can’t report it to you.
But I have contacted the purchasing agent and he will provide me with after-sales service.
