Zed Box power issue

Hi,

I have been using ZED box on a mobile robot for a few weeks so far and yesterday I had a power issue. It was working fine for around an hour before it shuts itself down. I power the box with the stock adapter from an Ecoflow unit. The exact shutdown moment was unknown since when I tried to ssh to it, i couldnt reach. Then I removed it and try powering it with the same adapter but from wall socket, it sometimes powers on right away, other times just refuses to. All the time it powers, it stays but then powers off itself after 10,30s…I connect monitor and see that it could boot into the desktop successfully so I dont think it’s software issue. I am using stock L4T36.4 btw.

Is there any instructions to proceed next on troubleshooting? Shall I open it and check the input voltage? I am also suspecting the thermal fuse might be broken?

Please do not open it. If you open the ZED Box, you will void the warranty, and we will be unable to repair/replace it in the event of hardware problems.

Please send an email to support@stereolabs.com. Add a description of the problem and the order number.
