I hope you are doing well. I’m experiencing issues with starting my zed box, where I run into the image I attached and then it goes to a black screen with a blinking cursor but takes no keyboard input at any point in time. I connected the zed box having issues to another ubuntu machine through usb-a to OTG connection to see if there was a way I might be able to communicate, and it seems like one option going this way is flashing it using terminal commands. So I wanted to know the following:
1. Is there any way to fix this zed box without flashing
2. If I do have to flash, what files/images/other data would I need so that the zed box would work and retain its software + hardware capabilities. We have zed X one s cameras that we are dealing with.
