I am currently attempting to update my ZED Box Nano (Jetson-based model). I connected the device via the OTC port as instructed, but there was no response. Therefore, I proceeded with the forced recovery procedure. However, after this step, the device does not seem to power on at all.
Additionally, I noticed that the serial number of my device starts with “GTW ONX.” Could this be related to the issue?
I would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to help resolve this problem.

When the ZED Box is in Force Recovery mode, you do not see anything on the screen and the power led is OFF.
You can only interact with it from the host device, as described in the documentation.
