ZED Box cant detect camera

Hi

I trying to connect zed 2i at zed box. cant connect…
I think is matter kind of sdk. But changing sdk version latest, it also didnt work…
It it cable issue?

Hi @Hamin242
The ZED SDK detects a USB 2 connection instead of USB 3, so only VGA resolution is available.

Please check that:

  • The cable is connected to the USB 3 port
  • You are not using USB 3 hubs
  • You are not using long extension cables
  • The screws of the USB 3 connector are strongly strengthened
  • The cable is not damaged
