ZED Box Boot Issue – UEFI Shell with L4TLauncher Errors After Flashing

Hi Stereolabs Support Team,

I am facing a boot issue with my ZED Box. On startup, the system fails to boot into the OS and instead drops into the UEFI Interactive Shell. The console displays the following messages:

L4TLauncher: Unable to locate L4T Support protocol: Not Found
L4TLauncher: Using legacy interface. Support would be deprecated soon!!!
L4TLauncher: Failed to get PlatformResourceInfo
Error Could Not detect network connection

I have already attempted to flash the device using the stereolabs documentation from a host machine, and the process reports that the flash was successful. However, the issue persists on reboot.

I have also uploaded images recording of the issue for your reference.

Could you please help me resolve this or advise the next steps?

Best regards,
Karthik Reddy

Hi @karthikreddy157
We have faced this same issue. The BSP is no more valid, for some reasons (hard power removal without software shutdown?)

Normally, a reflash of the device solves the problem.
