ZED 2i - RGB video glictches

Dear Stereolabls team,

I am encountering strange flashes (glitches) in RGB stream of ZED 2i. Please see the video example captured using ZED Explorer:

How can I fix this?

Hi @Tomas
The glitches in the SVO that you shared are typically caused by connection issues.

Please check that:

  • The USB3 port is not broken (try other ports)
  • The cable is not damaged
  • The screws of the ZED 2i connector are strongly strengthened
  • You are not using USB3 hubs or long cable extenders
  • The USB3 cable is not close to electrical noise sources
