Hi,
After I connected the camera to my workstation and run the python tutorial, it prompts that device not connected. I tried several USB3.0 ports and the issue still exist. I observed the LED light won’t turn on. When running the diagnose, it passed all tests.

The diagnostic report is not good. The video module of the camera is not detected.
Can you send me the output of the command lsusb -d2b03:?
If you open a webcam application (guvcview, cheese) are you able to open the raw camera stream?

I tried cheese and guvcview and zoom, non of them can detect the camera
This is different from what I could see in the diagnostic file. There’s something odd with you USB3 connection.
Have you tried to connect the camera to another PC?

It was different probably because I was using a usb hub? For that linux workstation I also tried direct connect to mother board but still not working. For this windows diagnostic I directly connected to MB. When I open up any web cam app, no camera was detected as well. Could that because of the camera is bad?
