ZED 2i passed diagnostic, but can't connect via python or through any sterolabs apps

Hi,

After I connected the camera to my workstation and run the python tutorial, it prompts that device not connected. I tried several USB3.0 ports and the issue still exist. I observed the LED light won’t turn on. When running the diagnose, it passed all tests.

Thanks

The diagnostic report is not good. The video module of the camera is not detected.
Can you send me the output of the command lsusb -d2b03:?

If you open a webcam application (guvcview, cheese) are you able to open the raw camera stream?

(base) user@user-test:~$ lsusb -d2b03:
Bus 005 Device 018: ID 2b03:f881 STEREOLABS ZED-2i HID INTERFACE
Bus 005 Device 019: ID 2b03:f880 STEREOLABS ZED 2i

I tried cheese and guvcview and zoom, non of them can detect the camera
