Hi all,
I have a problems with my Zed 2 camera and Zed SDK on my windows 11.
Yesterdays, when I started setup camera and Zed SDK, everything was good and not defects on the images. Overnight, it has the windows updates and BIOS updates as well, and nothing was happens until this afternoon.
When I start the Zed Explorer, there is a staright line appear on the image of the left camera. The camera had not been damaged or dropped and the protection gass of the camera is normal, no scratches or damages.
Then, I have check the Zed Diagnostic, the check for “Devices” was untick due to the USB connect 3.0. As my laptop only has 2 USB ports, and tried both of them, it still have the straight line on the left camera. Sometime, the Zed Diagnostic was ticks for everything, sometime I recheck it was untick.
As my Zed camera has built-in cable, so i cannot change it.
Anyone have solutions for this problem?
