WARNING - Calibration file download failures with SDK

Dear Customers,

Recently, our servers experienced a DDoS attack, which has led us to implement new protection measures.

As a result, one of these measures is preventing the ZED SDK from downloading the correct calibration file from our server. To resolve this, the global IP address of the request must be temporarely verified through a web browser first.

If you encounter the following SDK error message:

[ZED][INFO] [Init] Invalid calibration file. Please recalibrate your camera using the ZED Calibration tool or download your calibration file at https://calib.stereolabs.com.

We kindly ask that you open a web browser and visit our website to verify the IP address of your platform. Once you do this, the ZED SDK will be able to connect to our database and properly download your calibration file.

You can always manually download the calibration file, as explained on this support page.

We are actively working to address this issue and are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.
