Update to sdk 4.1.1 and zed x camera locks up

I updated my orion nx box to sdk 4.1.1 I used the sdk for jetpack v 5.1.1 which is what my orion shipped with. Since doing the upgrade the as soon as I try any of the apps such as explorer, diagnostic, etc, the camera will work for maybe 40 frames or so and then lock up, and I have to restart to get to the same place but only get another 40 frames.
Any thoughts, do I need to upgrade firmware on the zed x camera? If so how do I do that given online it says I cant do it from sterolabs nx orion box, and I dont have a capture card on my computer with the appropriate connector.
Thanks

Hi @roundtire
please run the ZED Diagnostic tool and send me the report file it generates

As I am a new user the site will not let me upload files so I have attached the text. The text below is what occurs after I open explorer and the camera locks up and then I close explorer and open the diagnostic. I will post the diagnostic of before I open explorer in another reply thanks

Hi @roundtire
I noticed that you are using a peculiar configuration.

Please send an email to support@stereolabs.com.
Please add the dmesg.log report file and a detailed description of the Jetson system that you are using:

  • Jetson module
  • carrier board model
  • GMSL2 capture card model
