Update AGX Orin

Is there a file that explain in detail how to update an AGX Orin (currently with Ubuntu 20.04 and JetTools 5.1) to the latest version.

Would it be best to use one of the docker images ?

I have an NVMe drive installed, and ideally I would like it to run off of that, so that the emmc is not altered

For upgrading/flashing the AGX Orin devkit, the recommended method would be to use SDK Manager from NVIDIA directly. They have a great tutorial to guide you through this: Install Jetson Software with SDK Manager — SDK Manager
