Unrecognized came model error on Jetson

Hello,

After calibrating my ZED X One and using the virtual camera on a Jetson AGX, I recorded video to SVO2 using ZED Explorer. When I try to open these SVO2 files with ZED Depth Viewer the viewer prints an error and crashes. I attached the console screenshot. Relevant console output:

How can I fix it?

What version of the ZED SDK are you using?
Please send the output of the command ZED_Explorer -v.

Can you please share the SVO with us?

Hello, Walter!

ZED SDK version 5.0.5.

The problem was in the wrong driver version for the capture card(L4T 36.0 instead of 35.4.1). Please tell me, is it possible to open videos in depth viewer recorded on the “wrong” driver version somehow? I will send the file to the specified email

Are you speaking of the ZED X Driver?
It should not affect the SVO recording. If the driver is wrong, the camera does not open, and then you cannot record SVOs…
Am I missing something?
