Unable to start Depth Viewer

When I try to start the Depth Viewer, the “Optimizing Depth AI model… Please wait” pops up. Follow by the warning “failed to optimize model. NEURAL mode won’t be available”, and then it will try to “Optimizing Depth AI model” again, just a non-stop loop? Can someone tell me how to resolve this issue.

I am using Windows 10, ZED SDK 5.0.5, Cuda 12.8

Please run the ZED Diagnostic tool and send the JSON report file that it generates.

From the report, it seems that you are using an old “first-generation” ZED camera.
The old ZED cannot use the AI modules; you must use it with the ZED SDK v4.2
